Flò at a glance
10 questionsFlò is your business's operating system: seven areas on the same data, from your brand and team to your contacts, from your website to bookings, all the way to payments and invoices, analytics and marketing. Sites and Booking are the two places where you meet people: start with one and add the other when you need it. Data goes in once and works in every area.
Yes. Sites and Booking are independent: you can turn on just one and add the other when you need it.
Yes. In Organization you upload your business's logo, typography and palette. The app your clients add to their phone shows your logo, the sign-in page uses your imagery, and emails go out with a template that follows your brand.
No. Flò is a web app: it runs in the browser, on computers, tablets and smartphones. If you like, you can add it to your phone's home screen and open it like an app.
No. Your brand, services and locations live in Organization: you edit them there, and your website, booking app and emails use the updated version.
In App experience you choose the app's icon, name and colors, and you get an install link to share. The app lives on your domain, for example app.yourdomain.com: anyone who opens the link on their phone adds it to their home screen with your logo, no app store needed.
Yes. In Access and permissions the admin manages the organization's owners and decides what the Pro role can use: for each module and section, they choose whether it can view, edit or delete. You start from a standard setup that you can customize whenever you like.
Yes. You link each service to the location where it takes place and the instructor who leads it. For each service you also manage the description, media, hours and bookings, and choose whether to show it on your website.
Of course. In a demo we show you how Flò fits your business and which combination of plans you need. Book a demo.

Sites
7 questionsStarter lets you update the content of existing pages, collect requests and read your website data. Grow includes everything in Starter and lets you expand your website with new pages: blog, newsroom and catalogs. External profiles are also coming to Grow, to bring the people who work with you into Flò.
Public contact and careers forms are available with Starter. Requests and applications land in Flò, with the information you need to get to know and organize your contacts in People.
Yes, with Grow you can create content that adds new pages to your website, such as articles, news and product pages. The difference is growing the site: updating existing pages is part of Starter; adding new ones is part of Grow.
With the GA4 and GSC modules turned on, Web analytics lets you read visits, top pages and conversions with Google Analytics 4, and track your search visibility with Google Search Console.
They're cross-cutting modules you can connect to Sites. Communication helps you prepare messages and campaigns for your audiences; Multilingual lets you manage content in different languages.
Yes, we can connect Flò Sites to your current website. Timing depends on the site and how complex it is, but we usually get everything set up quickly. Contact us to learn more.
It depends on what you need. You don't need one for bookings: Booking works without a website, and your clients book from the Flò app with their own account. If you do want a website, we build it with Ledges and then you manage it with Flò Sites, along with content and requests. Discover Ledges.
Booking
6 questionsYes, with no limits: in every Booking plan each professional has their own bookable calendar. The price follows the month's bookings, not the size of your team.
Every person booked counts: an appointment with one client counts as 1, a class with 6 attendees counts as 6. Cancellations don't count. For example, 20 classes a week with 6 people each come to about 520 bookings a month: the right tier is up to 1,000. If your bookings grow, you move to the next tier: the price changes, the plan stays the same. Over 3,000, we put together a custom offer for you.
Yes. You create membership plans that are visit-based, time-based or combined, setting the price, included services and duration. When a client buys one, they find it as a membership in their account.
Yes. You can set limits, notice periods, cancellations and other rules to match the way you work.
You can schedule a closure for a day or a longer period, and Flò handles availability and the messages related to the affected bookings.
Every Booking plan includes one location. If you manage more than one, or go over 3,000 bookings a month, we put together a custom offer for you. Let's talk.
Communication
5 questionsCommunication includes 2,500 emails a month. Each recipient counts as one send: a newsletter to 400 contacts counts as 400 emails. The count resets every month; if you need more, write to us.
Only to people who have given you explicit consent to receive them. For newsletters, promotions and campaigns, the GDPR requires the contact to choose to subscribe. Service emails, like a booking confirmation, aren't marketing: Booking sends them, with no consent needed.
Yes. You compose the message in the block editor, with your brand, then save it: it stays in the library as a template. Next time you open it, change what you need and send it, without starting from scratch.
Yes. An automation starts from an event, like a new newsletter signup or a webinar that's just been published, or at a time you choose, for example every Monday at 8. You set it up once and Flò sends on its own; in the history you see every send with its status. Service emails, like booking confirmations and reminders, are already sent by Booking.
No. Communication can be added to Sites or Booking, or turned on on its own. It writes to the people you have in Flò, with your business's logo and colors.
Plans and pricing
7 questionsEvery plan starts from the same foundation: your business's organization, with brand, services, locations, access and permissions, and its people, with contacts, team and users. Sites, Booking and Communication all work on the same data.
Yes. Complete is all of Flò: you choose your Sites level and your Booking level and pay for them in one subscription, which costs less than the separate plans: you pay Booking for your bookings, plus a fixed fee for the website, different for Starter and Grow. You can mix them however you like, for example Sites Starter with Booking Automation.
Yes. You can move from Starter to Grow or from Essential to Automation at any time: higher plans include everything you already have.
As many as you need: every plan includes an unlimited team, with no per-person costs. In Booking, professionals are unlimited too, each with their own bookable calendar. The price follows usage, not people.
Only the ones you choose. Prices exclude VAT. Online payments, coming soon, will go through Stripe: you’ll pay the fee, roughly 1.5% + €0.25 for European cards, directly to Stripe, and the money will go to your account. Flò won’t take anything. With e-invoicing, also coming soon, Booking Automation will include 500 e-invoices a month, 1,000 in the tier up to 3,000 bookings.
They're cross-cutting modules you add to your plan. Communication works with Sites, with Booking or on its own; Multilingual is for your website content.
The service is the same: with annual billing you pay in one go and save up to 20%.
Payments and invoices
3 questionsSoon, with Automation: online payments are coming. Payment will be part of the booking and of membership purchases, and the money will go straight to your Stripe account.
Online payments are coming soon. Flò won’t take anything from your takings: the only cost will be Stripe’s fee, which you’ll pay to them directly, roughly 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction with European cards. No extra subscription for payments.
Soon, with Automation: e-invoicing is coming, in the same flow as payments. It will include 500 e-invoices a month, 1,000 in the tier up to 3,000 bookings. Invoices sent and received both count; if you need more, we’ll prepare a custom offer.
